Returns & Exchanges

At Bootstrap Farmer, we stand behind the durability of our apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a durable shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
